Context

Curren$y and Fraud first linked on Cigarette Boats in 2012. Curren$y told SPIN in 2025 that the project came together in a single day, which was also the first time the two met, AllHipHop notes. Their run since then includes The Stage, The Marina and 2020's The OutRunners, a nine-track tape with Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross, Conway The Machine and Jim Jones. Apple Music's editorial notes count Off To The Races as their ninth joint project.

The Wiz Khalifa link is not new for 2026. Curren$y already put out Roofless Records For Drop Tops with Wiz this year, and Fraud produced that album's second disc, according to AllHipHop. The year also brought Spiral Staircases with Larry June and The Alchemist, plus Everywhere You Look, per HotNewHipHop.

Off To The Races landed on the same Friday as Lil Baby's FRESH and Jack Harlow's Sweet Action II, both reviewed on Nov. 6 by Ratings Game Music. On Apple Music it already sits in playlists including New in Hip-Hop and Friday Night, per the album page.

What's unconfirmed

• Apple Music's editorial notes say Jazzy appears on "Sound of the Rain." That song carries no featured credit in the tracklist HotNewHipHop published, so the official credit is unclear for now.
• No first-week projection or streaming numbers had been reported in the sources we opened as of Nov. 6.
