This policy explains what information Burner Page ("we", "us") collects through burnerpagehq.com and through the Burner Engine, the tool our team uses to publish Burner Page's own posts to our own social accounts, including TikTok. Questions go to [email protected].
Visiting burnerpagehq.com
- No accounts, no ad tracking. The site has no sign-up, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
- Email and forms. If you email us (tips, corrections, partnerships) or send the advertising form, we receive what you send, such as your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply and to handle what you asked about.
TikTok and the Burner Engine
The Burner Engine connects to TikTok only through TikTok's official Login Kit, Content Posting API and Display API. Only the Burner Page team uses it, and only to manage Burner Page's own TikTok account. It does not collect information about the people who watch, follow or comment on our videos.
When the owner of our TikTok account authorizes the connection on TikTok, we receive and store:
- Access tokens issued by TikTok, which let the tool act for the connected account. They are kept on our own server, never shared or published, and deleted when the account is disconnected.
- Profile and account stats (TikTok scopes user.info.basic, user.info.profile and user.info.stats): the account's TikTok ID, display name, username, profile photo, bio, verification status and its follower, following, like and video counts.
- The account's videos (video.list): the account's public videos with their titles, descriptions, cover images, links, durations and view, like, comment and share counts.
- Posting (video.publish and video.upload): the tool uploads videos and photos that Burner Page created to the connected account. A person on our team reviews and approves every post, including its caption, audience and settings, before it is sent to TikTok.
We use this information only to publish our own approved content and to measure how our posts perform so we can make better ones. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone, except service providers that host our systems under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
TikTok tokens are kept until the account is disconnected or TikTok revokes them. Post and performance records are kept while they are useful for measuring our own content, and deleted on request. Access can be revoked at any time from the TikTok app's settings, where TikTok lists the apps connected to an account, or by emailing us.
Security
Our tools run on our own servers on a private network that only authorized team members can reach. Tokens, keys and other secrets are never published or written to logs.
Children
burnerpagehq.com is a general-audience news site and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), local law may give you additional rights, and we honor them. We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
