Editorial standards
- Source or it didn't happen. Every story links its origin: an official artist, label or venue announcement, a verified social post, chart-provider data (Billboard, Luminate, Spotify, Apple Music), court records, or reporting from a named outlet.
- Rumors are labeled. Unconfirmed claims are never published as fact. If we cover a report, we say who reported it and that it's unconfirmed.
- No fabricated quotes or numbers. Sales projections are attributed to who made them.
- AI-assisted, human-verified. We may use AI tools to draft and format. A person checks every fact against the sources listed before anything is published.
How we verify
Before publishing we confirm the claim against at least one primary source, check that the account or outlet is authentic, and confirm dates and figures. Breaking stories are updated as new confirmed information arrives, and each update gets a new timestamp.
