These terms cover burnerpagehq.com, Burner Page's posts on social platforms, and the Burner Engine, the tool our team uses to publish Burner Page's own content to our own accounts. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our content
- Burner Page publishes music news, chart results, release information, commentary and clearly labeled satire for general information and entertainment. We verify stories against official or on-record sources (see our editorial standards), but we can't promise that everything is complete or current, so don't rely on it for financial, legal or other professional decisions.
- Our original text, graphics, videos and branding belong to Burner Page. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't republish whole articles, graphics or videos without permission.
- Artist names, song titles, album art, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners. We use them to report on and comment about music.
Tips and messages you send
When you send us a tip, correction, photo or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it to report the story, including publishing it with credit where appropriate. Don't send anything you aren't allowed to share.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping that harms its operation, no impersonating Burner Page, and no using our content to mislead people.
The Burner Engine and TikTok
The Burner Engine is not offered to the public. It connects only to Burner Page's own accounts, through each platform's official API, and publishes only content our team created and approved, one post at a time. Our use of TikTok follows TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and developer terms, and anything we post on TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what TikTok data the tool uses and how we protect it.
Copyright and corrections
If you believe something we published infringes your rights or gets a fact wrong, email [email protected] with the link and the details. We review every request and fix or remove material when warranted.
Links to other sites
We link to sources and other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and our content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Burner Page is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our content.
