Ye Plays Apparent Unreleased Songs at Yeezy Season 01, First Runway Show Since 2022

Ye brought Yeezy back to the runway on Nov. 4, 2026, and he brought music with it. At Yeezy Season 01 in Los Angeles, the soundtrack included what appeared to be several unreleased Ye songs, Complex reported. It was the brand's first runway show since the Paris show in 2022.

Fans have seen this before. Yeezy shows have a long record of debuting new Ye music, and "Wolves" first played at one in 2015.

What we know

• The show: Yeezy Season 01 was set for 8 p.m. local time on Wednesday, Nov. 4, at the Yeezy Flagship Droam 1 store at 4317 Beverly Blvd in Los Angeles, per Complex. Complex said the event confirmed a Puck News report from October that Ye was planning a runway comeback.
• The gap: Complex called it the first Yeezy runway show in more than four years. Ye's last formal show was Yeezy Season 9 in Paris on Oct. 3, 2022, according to Complex's timeline of his fashion shows.
• The music: One highlight, according to Complex, was a soundtrack that used what appeared to be several unreleased Ye songs.
• The stream: The show streamed live on streamer N3on's Kick channel, Complex reported.
• The runway: There wasn't really a runway. Models in mostly minimal, monochrome looks walked in circles around a big white hill. Nettspend was one of the models.
• The room: Complex listed 2 Chainz, Kid Cudi, Big Sean, ASAP Nast, Jerry Lorenzo, Natalie Nunn and the Clermont Twins among the guests. North West and Ye's wife Bianca Censori were also there.

Context

Ye has used Yeezy shows to debut music for more than a decade. At Yeezy Season 1 in New York on Feb. 12, 2015, the soundtrack was the original version of "Wolves" with Vic Mensa and Sia, a song that later landed on The Life of Pablo, per Complex's timeline. Yeezy Season 3 at Madison Square Garden on Feb. 11, 2016, was also the Pablo listening event. Season 5 in February 2017 debuted The-Dream's remix of J. Holiday's "Bed."

The last show went badly. At Season 9 in Paris, Ye wore a "White Lives Matter" shirt. Weeks later Adidas ended its Yeezy partnership, and Gap had already cut ties the month before, Complex noted. Complex also reported that Ye has spent 2026 working on his image. That push started with a full-page Wall Street Journal ad apologizing for his antisemitic remarks and talking about how bipolar disorder has affected his life.

The brand has been coming back quietly all year. Complex reported that Yeezy soft-relaunched with basics on its website and teamed up with JD Sports to stock Yeezy Slides. Citing WWD, Complex added that the Yeezy 800 sneaker is due through JD Sports this holiday season. Season 01 is the first time the comeback has had a real show and a soundtrack to go with it.

What's unconfirmed

• Whether the songs are new. Complex said the tracks "appeared to be" unreleased Ye songs. Neither Ye nor Yeezy has confirmed that in anything we could verify.
• Titles and release dates. We found no confirmed song titles, release dates or album tied to the music played at the show.
• What's next. Ye hasn't announced any rollout connected to Season 01. Until he or his team does, any project name or date going around online is speculation.
